How long does approval take?

Most applications are processed within 2 business days. We may follow up if we need a quick verification step (license number, business address, etc.).

What does the wholesale discount look like?

Discount tier varies by anticipated monthly volume. We share the specific price sheet once your account is approved so the numbers are firm, not estimates.

Do you offer case sizes?

Yes. Case pricing (6 bottles of a single level) is available on all three Solutions. Mixed-case orders are accepted on case-sized totals.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International accounts are reviewed case-by-case — email us with your details and we'll come back with options.

Can I sample before committing to a case?

Yes. Once your account is approved, place a single-bottle order at wholesale pricing to test the formula on your clients before committing to a case.

Are batches consistent?

Every batch is tested for color development against our reference standard before bottling. We also verify aromatic profile, viscosity (for HVLP/airbrush atomization), and shelf-life stability. If a batch doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

Do you offer training resources?

Our DIY Spray-Tan Setup guide covers equipment selection, PPE, application technique, and common mistakes. We're also happy to answer specific application questions directly via email — that's part of what your pro account unlocks.

Can I feature my salon in your content?

Yes — we love spotlighting our pros on Instagram, in before/after content, and in our brand storytelling. Let us know when you apply if you'd like to be featured.

What if my client has a reaction to the product?

Patch-testing on a small area is recommended for any new client, especially those with sensitive skin. The formula is vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and built around skin-conditioning botanicals — but as with any cosmetic product, a small percentage of users may react. Reach out to us with details if a client has an unexpected reaction and we'll walk through it with you.
